Yes I am very fond of facts. And men with principles who take risks to speak truth to power..I am.too cowardly to do it..

I saw that, but decided not to listen. The last time Snowden was on Rogan, I wasted 3 hours listening to Snowden give a lecture. Rogan didn't ask any questions and let Snowden get away with his BS.

So I'm not going to invest another 3 hours of Snowden congratulating himself for his treason.

Because one criminal (actually many) got away with it, doesn't mean we should stop prosecuting criminals. I wish Clapper had been charged, but since he was lying to protect Obama, obviously Obama's DOJ wasn't going to do it, and Trump's DOJ was hamstrung on that.

You cannot factually refute anything snowden has stated as fact. I noticed that in our early exchange on this subject.

To you revealing the lying of clapper under oath by snowden is treason. But treason is narrowly defined with a war being declared. Some of what snowden revealed was eventually declared as illegal under our constitution. Our Intel was breaking the law. This is a fact. But you don't care, right?

Your position is absurdly flawed as you will not accept facts. So you holler treason as if that has validity instead of actually using facts

So give me something snowden.said that is not true, not factual. For no one with honesty has done that to date! Because they can't and maintain any integrity. Hell you don't know what treason is but use it falsely.

So did clapper lie to congress? How did we find out? It is public record snowden revealed it. I think you didn't believe that!

The trouble is, you are entitled to your own facts because you don't like snowden busting out criminals and scumbag liars. Prove me wrong by using facts that show snowden is lying. I don't think you are up to that challenge. Which is why you won't step in that pile of BS you know will soil your boots.

I thought you were half ass reasonable but your emotions got in the way. IMO. What else would explain your beliefs that are incoherent. With known facts?

I think the majority of Americans are on snowdens side. Because they believe in right and wrong and despise the liars in govt who hold power over us and think the constitution does not apply to them.

    1. Refute what? What are you claiming I refuted that Snowden said?

    2. As far as Snowden lies:

    a) in his 2014 NBC interview, he claimed that he was trained by the CIA as a spy in the traditional method, which would mean Camp Peary; The Farm. I've found no evidence that he attended, and after washing out of Basic, I wouldn't believe he would ever be tracked in a spy program. The CIA trains it's IT people at a different location, but it's not spy school.

    b) In the same interview, Snowden claimed “I have raised the complaints not just officially in writing through email to these offices and these individuals but to my supervisors, to my colleagues, in more than one office…” Did he? The NSA has released one email that Snowden sent to the General Counsel Office, asking if Executive Orders take precedence over Federal law. Snowden received a reply 3 days later stating that no, they do not override federal law. So that’s it? That doesn’t even address the legality of the programs Snowden released. Now, a Snowden apologist may argue that of course the NSA wouldn’t release all of the emails, they’re all in on it man! OK, let’s say there is doubt if the NSA released all the emails. Maybe they didn’t. But if that’s the case, why didn’t Snowden release his emails? I mean, the guy was bright enough to download information of hundreds of classified programs from secure servers but somehow neglected to download from his own email account emails that could have backed up his side of the story?

    c) On that, Snowden also claimed that after going through channels he stole secrets as a last resort, but that contradicts what he told a Hong Kong newspaper, that he took the Booz Allen Hamilton contractor job with the NSA with the express purpose gathering “evidence” of the NSA surveillance programs.

    In other words, spying.

As Mike points out, and others too, liberty dies to thunderous applause.

Yes, we have the government we deserve.
