Our choice of diet is killing us!

And yet I keep seeing these commercials for a DVD set, of Rocking Body, where trim and fit people exercise for you, as you sit in your recliner, eating high cal snacks and checking out the fit girls sexually gyrating for you.

I have never seen so many obese folks as I do today. It seems many of us cannot afford the really good food and have to eat the cheaper processed meals, and all that seem to have high fructose corn syrup in them. This sugar seems to be in almost everything that is processed.
