I think that your concept of the ideology espoused by Sanders and Warren is greatly flawed. I don't see how holding businesses accountable and taxing billionaires is socialism. In those states and cities where liberals and Democrats thrive, one does not see the horror conservatives claim. Quite the opposite. Just saying.

 

Funny it looks exactly the opposite from my side. The AS media are little more than shill for and for the most part indistinguishable from the Democratic party. The coverage if Donald Trump from the moment he announced his candidacy has been little more than a long running stream of ad hominem attacks based on little more than spleen and fear.

It is mostly peopled by those who care far more about pretense and artifice than facts well mainly because the facts are inconvenient to their cause.

 

I certainly can't speak for anyone but myself, but the Trump supporters I run across here and other places certainly don't get all if any news from Fox. There are plenty of other outlets OAN being one of them.

 

That may in fact be why some people do it. Fox News has got standards whereas MSNBC and CNN do not -- aside from trash a GOPer president and defend all Dem presidents with a religious fervor -- and so once they have proved to the leftist media powers that they will obey that great commandment then all they are waiting for is a job opening where they can start earning an equivalent salary at half or less of the work effort.

 

I stopped watching Fox years ago when Daddy Rupert announced he was grooming his spawn Lachlan and James to take over.. The are just another couple of Leftist and soon as Daddy passes away Fox news will become just another bad egg in a carton of identical leftist news options.. Hopefully the added competition will finally take out the mutts at MSNBC and CNN!

 

Ditto; I watched Fox for about one year the second to the last year of G.W. Bush's presidency so as to have more political ammunition as a -- at that time -- leftist wanting to bash the Right. Then I made the mistake of realizing that the sons of biscuit eaters were generally talking both facts and common sense in comparison to the increasingly ideologically driven ABC, CBS, NBC, and et. al. other outlets. But during the last year of G.W. Bush I stopped watching because by then I had taught myself HOW to both recognize and then see through leftist ideological and propaganda-based bull excretion. I haven't watched it since.

I've learned to watch a little CNN and the rest and decode it, but the message is always the same! The left wing media is totally insane, and then use that to understand how the DNC got to where they are and why they believe the way they do!

He ain’t perfect but I like him. He’s effective as you point out and I enjoy his destruction of the arrogant elitist media talking heads which previous Republicans have groveled in front of. I also enjoy his confrontation of the intersectional identity politics that is degrading our society today. Ironically his election strategy was based in part on identity politics. And I look at his kids.

Accountable for what? Paying wages? Furnishing health insurance? Developing and selling things consumers want to buy? For what exactly are you holding businesses accountable?

 

Walk around the streets of LA and SF where all the homeless suffering from addiction and mental illness are and then tell us quite the opposite. Why aren’t the progressive liberals in charge doing anything to help them.

 

And I must admit that watching Trump eviscerating the well known characters pretending to be reporters is a guilty pleasure. Kinda like watching Judge Judy.

 

All I watch is Fox News. There’s more information there. For example the success of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and zinc plus the fact that 98% of the Corona virus deaths in NYC involved serious co morbidities. You won’t hear that on CNN.

 

Yes, if you are chronically unhealthy you have got a good chance of having a very bad time of it if you contract the Corona Virus. As for the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and zinc as treatment additions is accepted by all medical experts now aside from quacks.

 

There have been three people who credit Fox News for saving their lives because they saw information about hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin treatment and got their doctors to prescribe the medications. One was a Michigan state representative who got the prescription filled hours before the governor of Michigan banned it.

 

Nobody has a living wage. It is a chimaera. Where ever the government declares to be a living wage today an actual living wage will exceed that amount within 2 weeks and be doubl or triple that amount within a year.

 

That's the GOP strategy and why we should link the minimum wage to inflation.
