    Typical.
    Define "won" and "flawed judgement."

Biden appears likely to win with respect to ending up as the President. But he has not won. Do I believe there was vote fraud would be a better question. The answer is yes. I would not presume to know the extent of any fraud pending any investigations, audits, recounts, or court actions that take place.

And my theory is that, for that reason, he will resign so that Pence can issue a pardon. Maybe even the morning of inauguration day.

Can you pardon someone for something they haven't been indicted yet? Seems like it should be impossible to pardon someone for the future. Maybe he should be kinder ot Joe.
Will you please research that for me?
    Just kidding!

More like a spoiled two year old...a person who had everything handed to him since birth and can't accept the fact that he lost, has NO integrity nor dignity AND has NO love for this country....would rather see it disrupted with BS than heal !!!

They can't be pardoned for future crimes. But they can be pardoned for all past crimes. Even if they haven't been indicted. Even if the crimes themselves are not explicitly listed. That's what Nixon got.

Big mistake by our founders, I'm afraid.

But that only applies to federal crimes. For state crimes only the corresponding governor can do that. Cuomo is the one he should be kinder to.

I bet good ol' Andy can hardly wait....

Wow. Seems about as legit as Russian collusion. The big difference is it didn’t go on for 3 years and cost tax payers anything to come to the same conclusion. But leftists are still hanging their hats on that one.
