It doesn't matter. It's still classified. If you are awarded a security clearance, you can't talk about it.... period. If you're the President, you can declassify it. But declassifying information for purely political reasons is abuse of power. Which is an impeachable offense.

At least President Trump understand the "chain of command" while the community organizer as President, Barack Hussein Obama who has an extremely long track recorder of ignoring the chain of command or just doesn't understand what the chain of command is and it's purpose.

The current Chain of Command is the law of the land, passed by Congress and signed into law by President Truman. Every President from Truman to G.W. Bush followed the chain of command.

When President Obama issued an unlawful order to U.S. Marines to violate their own regulations and to carry sissy umbrellas under the chain of command only the Commandant of the Marine Corps could issue an order for Marines to carry out an unlawful order, not the Commander in Chief.

When the Obama State Department who are not part of the military chain of command issued an unlawful order for U.S. Marines to stand down, disarm themselves and to destroy their weapons in Yemen. Numerous laws and regulations were violated by the Obama White House and the Obama State Department.

When Admiral McRaven (not Obama) ordered Navy SEAL's to go into Pakistan and kill Osama bin Laden, again President Obama broke the law and ignored the chain of command just not taking credit for something he was out of the loop of but went on television before any "After Action Reports" were written up and released classified information on how American Special Operations conduct such missions but two days later Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates had to call the Obama White House and his exact words to Obama and his staff..."SHUT THE **** UP !!!"

Obama released so much classified information that Navy SEAL's and other Special Operations units saw a significant increase in casualties after Obama and his White House staff politicalized the killing on Bin Laden and then releasing classified information that led to American troops to bleed and die.

Judge Andrew Napolitano on Fox News claimed that President Barack Obama ignored the chain of command by bypassing the entire chain of command by requesting that British intelligence to conduct surveillance on the Trump team. By doing so there would be no trail leading back to the CIA, NSA the FBI or the Obama White House.

Obama has a long track record of breaking the law and bypassing the chain of command.
