Maybe it's only easy to understand Trump if you are fluent in dementia.

Compare that video, or almost any recent video of Trump attempting to pontificate, to any video of Trump being interviewed in 1988 to 1998. He doesn't even sound like that same person. He used to be able to speak in full, meaningful sentences, with verbs, nouns, adjectives in their proper places. Dementia is the only explanation that fits.

I have dozens of cousins in Texas. Been there many times. West Texas, as my father who was from there always said, is miles and miles of nothing but miles and miles. ;-)

The only political pontifications that bother me enough to turn them off are the fact-free rants of GOP lawmakers and pundits who are firmly entrenched in Trump's self-created fact-free universe.

So... you had issues with comprehension and then spin around and just keep drilling the same issue that somehow it's Trump's fault.

I'd especially like that idea for california. They love crazy, self-destructive ideas, because they see themselves as the poster-state image of the future democratic party, and need to set examples of how to have everyone at an equal level of poverty. Sooner they completely destroy the state, common sense may have a chance again. Shortage of water and brush fires caused by ignorance and incompetence sounds like the combo to do the job.

I suspect there's a problem that the medical experts haven't quite nailed down yet that is something like a "logic dyslexia" where a person sees everything backwards and/or upside down, and doesn't know better.
That, or perhaps there is still too much LSD in circulation.

Where did I say "fault?" No, it's just another indication of Trump's slow fall into dementia.

I don't understand why no one cares about this. Reagan's last couple years in office were more about hiding his Alzheimer's fiagnosis than anything else. Preserve his dignity at all costs. At least Reagan had people looking out for him and preventing him from attending speaking engagements on his bad days. Trump doesn't have that because he refuses to admit that something may be wrong with him.

That was my point. Not whether he was talking about saving water or not saving water, but the texture of that little speech and how the dementia is gradually creeping in to his public appearances.

Seriously, pay attention. Compare this bit with virtually any interview with Trump during the 80s or 90s. He needs help and he so obviously is not getting any.
