Okay....please tell me what orbital requirements and physical characteristics I should look for in the weaponized satellite that I don't know what it does?

A weapon satellite is either going to be a nuke, which means it needs to be in low earth orbit, so it will have to be disguised as a type of satellite that operates there, IE most commercial satellites outside of communication/TV satellites, and it would have to have SIGINT and layout characteristics that match the satellite its disguised as.

Or it will be a kinetic impactor satellite like the theoretical Project Thor, which will be obvious. If its disguised, it would be in high earth or geosynchronous orbit, which means it would have to be disguised as a communications satellite, a weather satellite, some kind of space observation satellite, or an intelligence gathering satellite, but for its disguise to work its going to end up being way too big and way too heavy to pull off being disguised as any of those.

The TLDR version of this is: any weaponized satellite is going to be blatantly obvious.

He can always withdraw his claim if he can't back it up.

In a debate, if you make a claim the onus is on you to back it up.

Screw that space weapons crap. Waste of time and money. What Russia and China is really scared of is our Naval Rail Gun devrlopment.

Putin is so pissing his pants he even revived our old insane Project Pluto and actually flew it over his own country. What a fecking dumbass.

I do know all U.S. Navy nuclear Tomahawk cruise missile have been denuked under the Obama administration and are no longer in the U.S. Navy inventory.

The exact location where are warships are located at sea is classified but there are ways to find out where a particular ship is stationed.
    Think social media.
Loose lips sink ships but our navy is no longer old schooled.

Below you'll notice that the U.S. Navy now deploys ESG's to fill the vacuum of not having enough CSG to be at sea in their Fleet ARO.

I mean we used so many nuclear tipped Tomahawks in active combat that its makes zero sense why they would be retired.

It's pretty easy to see a ship. Its pretty much impossible to see what's inside a VLS cell unless you are watching while they load them.

BOLD step President Trump a very BOLD step. Considering that LBJ gutted NASA funding to pay for the Vietnam War and his Great Society program its about damn time we got serious about outer space...

    Remember this nuclear sucker ?
The most powerful artillery gun shell in history.

This was a 15-20 kiloton nuclear warhead adapted to a 16 in naval shell used on the 4 Iowa Class Battleships. While the USN had capable aircraft and missiles to use in the delivery of nuclear weapons, their thought was that the Mk 23/Mark 7 16in/50 caliber cannon combination was extremely accurate and usable in any weather condition compared to jet aircraft and missile technology
    [IMG]
Mk-26 nuclear 16" naval gun shell.

This in theory would give each Iowa class Battleship capable of delivering 135-180 kilotons worth of explosives in one salvo. An unique capability that would have proved decisive in any conflict on sea or on land. The nuclear tests with the Mk-9 (11in Army shell) had the shell detonated as an aerial burst. The nuclear tests at the ABLE detonation showed an air burst detonation did little structural damage to battleships. It is unknown if the Mk-23 was designed to detonate on impact or under water which would most likely cause an explosion much like the BAKER nuclear test that caused considerably more damaged to the test fleet. Even with a single air burst detonation a Mk 23, it would have damaged or destroyed much of the enemy ships fragile equipment it would need to fight if they survived the explosion. Thus leaving for any of the Iowa's easy pickings with their conventional 16 in shells.

You need to get caught up on your history. FDR died in 1945. If he issued such a decree then he did it from another demension.

It was JFK, John Fitzgerald Kennedy. I was alive when JFK made that pronouncement and I remember it. It was a headline on a newspaper that I was distributed on my paper route.
