Ditto. I could overpower my wife easily. Can’t imagine a situation where it would ever come to something like that, but some women are 200lbs and if they start scratching biting or swinging a knife, that’s a hell of a buzz saw to defend yourself against without doing something that would put her down fast. Never made a woman so angry she’d want to swing at me and hope I never do:) I would also never willingly get into a confrontation I couldn’t win.

Well there was a photo of Franken actually abusing women. When there is a photo or video of a woman actually getting punched I may be right there with ya.

Still, there is no conclusive evidence that the man abused the woman. There is evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt that Franken did what he did.

It was at a time he signed the Molinari Amendment into law to much fanfare by feminist groups as additional protection for women in the workplace. That is the law that compelled his testimony about the Lewinsky affair in a federal court. But interesting you would assert sexual harassment and assault and rape were more OK back then.

So has Clinton apologized to all of them yet? Is he out at the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative? Did the Democrats almost just put him back into the White House as of all things First "Gentlemen"?

So you can assure me that if I search back I will not find any statements opposing his impeachment and in fact defending it and chastising the Democrats for not removing him from office?

It's up to the women to decide if they have a case to file a lawsuit just as Paula Jones did and if they do and he goes in an commits perjury and obstruction of justice you can investigate it and suspend his license to practice law but it was decided with Clinton it is not grounds for removal from office.

I'm not sure what you want from me here but truth is truth. I know I've barely started participating on the forum so my views aren't well known.

I'm not a fan of Bill Clinton. I'm sorry to say but it's simply a fact that men were able to get away with much more during and prior to Bill Clinton.

I'm a pretty fair minded person. I try not to label or put people in a box and I ask for the same consideration. I'm here to discuss the issues not dissect someone over their political affiliation. Don't assume you know my political leanings.

That would be stupid and out of place. And unpresidential. He should talk about what is relevant. Due process is relevant and makes a more logical topic.

Due Process is a term in legal matters.

This is a domestic issue that intrudes into the work place.

The investigation and paper trail indicate that Porter did indeed batter the women.

They have elected to not take him to court but did make his superiors aware that he hits women.

I don't know what you will find from Democrats.

I knew you wouldn't answer the question, just the usual tap dance.

Like I said....your attitude is lynch mob mentality. You see a picture and assume he's a wife beater. I've been abused. True spousel abuse. And I've seen women cry abuse for their own financial gain. I've been around the block on this issue and I'm not so easily manipulated without more details.

Was he charged? What was the outcome of the trial? What happened that day? Was she pounding on him and he stuck his hand in her eye trying to get her away? Did she call the police and they didn't arrest him after hearing the whole story? Or did they arrest him and she then dropped the charges? Was she paid for bringing this out now? What were the police statements regarding this?

A picture is nothing without details. Only the easily manipulated sheep can be swayed into a lynch mob by a picture.

What would have been weird about stating that violence and abuse against women is wrong, unless you are guilty of it.

I asked you why tne dodge

I gave you a detailed answer. And who would do this investigation? The women have to file a charge amd then depose. If one does and Trump lies in his depostition that is not a removalable offense. So on what grounds would he be removed?

I didnt make this about you but I posted the facts sexual harassment in the work place was and had been an issue long before Bill Clinton was accused and offers him no excuse. He had an action filed against him when he was governor. The irony it was the left that defended him and attacked his accusors and even to this day worship him.

Who investigated Pres. Clinton? If he is found guilty of what these women allege what should be done?
