It would be lowering the bar to not let people (including the rude, crude, and socially unattractive) run for office in a primary. Iran does it all the time--they pick who can run--they lower the bar. Potential? What gives him potential?

 

Precisely so, and immediately after each of the formerly strongly supported contenders dropped out of the contest supporters IMMEDIATELY reached out for someone else to support just as strongly and the nation as a whole hardly batted an eye because when all is said and done, all that really matters during a presidential contest cycle in the minds of most people is which final contender ultimately wins the Party's nomination.

In addition if he or she then wins the presidency then it's all go but if he or she loses then the next day it's just part of the historical record and the entire nation has already pretty much forgotten about that wannabe president in favor of wondering what the new president is going to do in the present and in the future. So . . . it . . . goes.

Oh indeed! But the ungoverned motor mouth syndrome is a deadly bad habit in any upper level politician and no matter what the public might WANT from an individual, realistically speaking the moment that he or she competes for the presidency on the national stage then politics is in play and it has its own set of embedded rules that cannot be casually broken without attendant peril. Some of the 'rules' Trump is breaking are merely suggestions that look like rules in bad lighting conditions and those he can safely 'break' but some of them he's breaking are actual, real (albeit generally unwritten) rules that are going to inevitably end up biting him on the behind.

The deal about Trump though is that as a multi-billionaire he's unaccustomed to anyone correcting him about anything . . . EVER and such people really don't respond well to the 'suggestion' of image coaches because their ego gets in the way of their intellect. This is Trump.

The rent the government will pay is based on averaging the rent cost around all the counties, and then housing Welfare people at te average rent.

So a min wage worker at $7/hr makes $280 per week before Taxes, SS, Medicare, city wage, State income.
He must pay $90 month health care, now.
His whole monthly earning can not rent an apartment.
