The Democrat leadership can by providing the funding to do it, opening the government, by including the .009% of the budget they are refusing to even negotiate or compromise as Trump has been trying to do. Instead the are holding the entire thing hostage over it along with our border security and putting the government workers back to work and getting their paychecks,

 

We know better how to build them and how to use them which is why one of Obama's own Chief of Customs and Borders says they work and we need more. Why there is overwhelming support for more by the experts in the field.
