They thought Trump would not get involved in Middle East issues, pull back from such problems, and make nice with Russia. Now they're asking "WTF??" They thought Trump would abandon big government policies, and yet he pushed for a new government healthcare entitlement for all Americans. Now they're asking "WTF??" They thought Trump was the ultimate negotiator, who could sit folks down and make great big huge amazing wonderfule deals. Instead he told the House to get on board with his healthcare plan in 1 week or go scratch. So the plan died. Now they're asking "WTF??" They thought Trump would to whatever it takes to defeat Islamist terrorists, but yesterday he fired 59 hellfire missiles at a Secular Arab dictator who is fighting Islamist terrorists. Now they're asking "WTF??" Welcome to reality, folks. Trump played the GOP like a fiddle.
You and yours thought you'd be getting unlimited, endless media currency from the dumb "Russia/election" conspiracy theory. Now you are asking "WTF??" Awwwwww
`With Trump it was his persona his supporters fell in love with. It wasn't his stances on the issues or even his promises. It was his fighter persona. It was the man, not the substance or any type of vision. It was the fighter with no holds barred. What he was fighting for or against didn't matter, it didn't matter if he fought for something one day and against it the very next day. For Trump supporters it is all about the man, nothing else, no WTF over anything. Just plain outright support.
You course you do. The Democratic Party is the neocon party of war and death for profit. At least Trump has not yet ordered the US military to attack the Russian Air Force as Clinton promised to do.
You don't understand Trump voters or the movement based on this. Trump won the rust with policy driven rhetoric. Remember, these are states that went Obama twice.
What a load of crap. The people who voted for Trump responded to his repetitive policy positions and statements of (in no particular order) 1. Enforcing US immigration laws, especially with respect to the Southern border, and against illegals who committed further, more serious crimes after entering the US; 2. Stronger vetting of ME immigrants in light of contemporary terrorist attacks in California, Florida, etc. and Texas (domestic); 3. Renegotiating trade agreements and other treaties not favorable to the US together with expecting allies to pay their fair share of defense; 4. Making the US business climate more welcoming to companies large and small via streamlining and reduction of regulations and taxes; 5. Repeal of Obamacare, an extremely unpopular boondoggle; 6. Seeking term limits for federal politicians; 7. Getting tougher on ISIS; 8. Addressing corruption and collusion in D.C. He hammered on these substantive policy positions day in and day out at packed rallies all over the country, making the claim that people voted for him emotionally instead of based on policy, which is exactly what you are claiming, absurd and asinine. As far as "human" factors, it wasn't some "fighter persona" caricature, but a -stark- contrast between the work ethic of Trump and Hillary Clinton. Trump busted his ass day in and day out in superhuman ways, Hillary fell on hers. I have never seen a POTUS candidate work as hard as Donald Trump to achieve victory. Millions of people who dislike his New Yorker personality saw this stark contrast, and, some very grudgingly, became Trump supporters.
Lol...What a load of crap, indeed. He barked out dishonest demagogic attacks masquerading as policy. And his deplorable base tried to polish every turd he crapped into some grandiose agenda that sounds like the laundry list you printed above. If you're not a mindless partisan hack, follow the money. Trump's 'policies' will always be designed to rig the system to benefit his corporate and personal interests or to avenge some perceived slight by anyone who is mean to him. Pay attention and learn. Beyond that, his administration is mostly a mixture of extremists and amateurs, not to mention suspected foreign agents. You people were apoplectic about Obama's lack of experience. Need I say more?
I'm a Trump supporter and yes, I was surprised by his 50-million-dollar cruise missile blitz because it served no useful strategic purpose, and simply made a few holes in runways and hangars, and trashed the control tower, plus it's alienated his old chums Assad and Putin against him. More than anything it gives an insight into Trump's character; one of his sayings has always been- "Go big or go home", so what better way to demonstrate to the world the global reach of his mighty fist and make regimes around the world begin sweating wondering if they're next on his hit list?..
I'm reading a lot of 'I told you so' and 'I'm dissapointed' in this forum over Drumpf. Has anyone here honestly said though 'I regret voting for him'? Point them out and I will kick them while they are down. Buyer's remorse will not be tolerated!
You confused and addled. Iraq and Afghanistan are republican/neocon wars. Clinton never promised to attack the russkies. another post of made up silliness.
He's a post modern liberal artist mocking the dimwitted US right in an amusingly pseudo intellectual way. Well, he/she got the 'loose' part right. Maybe if it'd been followed by 'stools' it would be more accurate.
Both Republicans and Democrats have a variety of factions. Calling Obamacare an unpopular boondoggle just flies in the face of obvious facts
