    Different virus with vastly easier-to-spot symptoms compared to COVID-19. Now! What about the U.S.? What can be done to stop the spread of this disease if the left insists upon public demonstrations?

    I don't know about you, but once I am DOING something, once I am WORKING TOWARD something, I lose fear. I am not afraid of the virus - I am not locked up in a hidey hole. I am going out and living my life - but I just do it with a mask on. My fear is founded in those who refuse to accept the seriousness and refuse to wear a mask.

    But you are only able to do that because the AMOUNT of virus out there has been reduced.

    Masks ARE a valuable tool but even they alone...can't get us back to any semblance of normal

    I completely agree. I went through 3 months of lockdown. I am only just starting to get back out to a normal life. But normal, today, is very different than it was. I don't go out in public places for entertainment or recreation. I go grocery shopping, and to the bank as required.

    Nonsense, now we just have more asymptomatic people that carry that can still infect the house hiders! The only way for people to be immune is if they contract it and their immune system created antibody's, and that scenario is still valid EVEN IF a vaccine is created! People must at some point become a little or a lot sick from this strain of virus to be tolerant against it..

    History proves this, and how mankind has survived throughout his history on this planet.. So once one decides to be a house hider they will NEVER be content with the idea of a slightly less chance of survival and will most likely spend what little time they have cooped up until they die or survive the misfortunate exposure to their greatest fear and challenge, the common flu, well, for WE champions of immune system builders ;)

    Masks will not protect you from viruses, but wearing masks in a surveillance state is probably a good thing for everyone to do.
