He did NOTHING - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - for over three hours while <they> attacked police officers, threatened lawmakers and breached the Capitol. He clearly can't function under pressure. Did he really think being the head of a country didn't involve hearing bad stuff constantly?

And it is not merely that he is 'attempting to sue.' The relevant point is that Humpty thinks he can beat the Statute of Limitations by arguing that he was too busy (at what?) to abide by the Law. It seems he often takes the position that he, as POTUS is outside the Law, and it is amusing at the very least to see that the Law is pwning his sorry eminent arrse!!
