Good question. As usual, the White House speaks in opposites and deflections. Today one higher up in managing our economy said we're in a trade war that has been going on for a while. Another said we're not, and this is just some smaller move - for reasons not clear to me. I think one has to expect this when we elect leadership that sees government as the PROBLEM. As long as there is no respect for it, there is no reason to expect it to work.
