While I agree in general with your post, I don't personally "love" immigrants or "loathe" illegals. But, I do understand, sympathize with & support legal immigration as a positive force on American society. I don't want or support illegal immigration into America, but I don't "hate" those attempting it. I am old enough to recognize that life can hit you with unanticipated situations that you don't control, & have a difficult time responding to in the normal, acceptable ways. Some illegals get trapped by these situations, & deserve our compassion & help at times. But, generally speaking, illegal immigrants should be intercepted & deported at the border. Dreamers are an entirely different matter. I support giving them a pathway to citizenship.

 

Libs are weird creatures, they think foreigners or non-americans are a race..... logically they should then think that Americans are a race too (different from the foreigners race) but clearly they don't as they trash, insult, denigrate Americans and American symbols like American flag and the anthem day in, day out.

True. But in context, Trump singled out 4 WOMEN OF COLOR from a total of 435 members of the House. It's interesting that they are all WOMEN & are OF DARKER SKIN than himself. It is widely known & accepted that Trump has problems with both women & people of color. In this debacle, he combined the two together in a way that deflates any assumption of randomness in his selection.

Trump was a Democrat before he was a Republican so he definitely follows whatever headwinds benefit him the most. I understand the anti illegal immigration sentiments but I have never understood the people that are anti-immigrant, we are a nation of immigrants.
