Sue the quacks profiting off the trans craze. When the money dries up, so will the craze.

 

In typical right-wing fashion, support for transgender people is now on the rise. Particularly among the young.

Right-wing social conservatism is always playing whack-a-mole with an inevitable future.

If you want transgender people to be less visible why not stop shining a light on them with all these ridiculous laws?

It never works! It always seems to have the opposite effect.

Move over interracial marriage, move over same-sex marriage. There's a new game in town and some people just can't seem to help themselves from playing it.

When will they ever learn?

 

Oh and by the way, you still didn't answer the question about what should happen when transgender men start using the ladies' room as the law requires them to do?

I imagine the lawyers are rubbing their hands with glee at the thought of bringing those cases before the court.

What cases? If everyone is following the law nothing should happen.

Soon they'll be no trans, anyway.

 

There will always be trans people so that contention is just foolish.

What happens when a woman comes out screaming that there is a man or men in the restroom? What can the cops do if those men were originally listed as female on their birth certificates and they are literally following the law as written?

I say this because these laws are never fully thought through.

The contention is that "men" who are trans and present as women will somehow enter women's restrooms with the contention of raping women. I'm pretty sure that's the last thing on the minds of men who believe they are women. They just want to tinkle and leave. But, of course, scared people are easily manipulated people and it's that fear which politicians use to try to win people's votes. They make up a bogeyman and "come to the rescue" as "the only person who can protect you" from the non-existent threat.

It's the oldest trick in the book and people just keep falling for it over and over and over.

If people are compelled to use the bathroom that comports to the gender on their birth certificate then pretty soon you are going to be hearing story after story of "men" wrongfully arrested for using the ladies' room which is exactly the opposite of the desired effect of passing the bloody laws in the first place.

Asinine!

 

The cases of men trans men who look like those in the pictures I presented who get arrested and or strong-armed by police because they are using the ladies' room as the law requires.

And if you let men who identify as women into the woman's room then most will be half-assed and ugly causing women to again run screaming.

The real solution is to suppress this social contagion and relegate trans to the bizarre and exceedingly rare status it used to have.

I would be all on board if people stopped targeting transgender people and started advocating to reduce the world wide plastic pollution problem

 

We had a case here where a 10 year old girl was raped and killed in a public toilet - the murderer was “straight” but had snuck in an hidden in a stall

 

I think this is just pure distraction. While they are pointing fingers at those hospitals and institutions treating this issue the makers of BPA impregnated plastics and other pseudo estrogens do not have to clean up their acts

Complete and utter! They lack any other policy direction or action so this is all they've got. Over 230 anti-trans bills in State after State.

I'm sure States like Florida and Alabama have absolutely nothing else to worry about other than men in the ladies' room and ladies in the men's room. Absolutely nuthin' no-sir-ee!
