    Those who fly in and overstay their visas can be tracked "if desired" but those who simply walk in are not known in any way. We need to secure our border while working to remove the others who are here illegally. Guess who have been buying guns in the past years, I have personally witnessed it?

    all foreign nationals in the US should have a federal id. It is a federal obligation not a State obligation since 1808.
