Meh idk about that. I will say though, the graduation rate for students in the football vs all students is a wide gap. I gave you the football program graduation rate..... college graduation rate is like 59%. So 59% of all college students graduate with a degree vs 75% of football players graduate. Seems like being in the program does help one graduate, even if it is a degree in underwater basket weaving.

I don't see anything in there that the POTUS has to have approval from others to carry out the order. That is the typical avenues sure, but ultimately the POTUS has final say in any pardons he gives out, with or without the Pardon attorney.

 

With Barack Obama he had two criteria; first how much harm the pardon would inflict upon this nation and second how much money was funneled into his campaign fund.

 

Provided he actually follows through, this would be an amazing approach.

 

Apparently, there are some who believe they can't write to the President of the United States and bring their issue to his attention. Further, I guess they aren't allowed to even speak to the President of the United States.
