Humans are the only "race" and what we're typically referring to and where the problems stem from is about culture and ethnicity.

Be that as it may... some White Americans are absolutely about VILIFYING certain ethnic groups in ANY way they can; it's done with Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims and any group that help them to generate FEAR, ANGER or HATRED. You see, those negative emotions are powerful, despite being the wrong things to evoke in people. As un-American as those things truly are, many indulge in propagating them for POLITICAL purposes. And surely, it is Conservatives who have done that more than Liberals ever have.

Trump said nothing racist. He didn't call Mexicans rapists. He was referring to the levels of criminality among illegal aliens. There's nothing wrong with temporarily barring Muslim immigration until we can better screen them for our safety.

If that is a reason for Trump to not get elected, then the intelligence and emotional maturity of the American people are at an all-time low.

One cannot settle a criminal charge by offering the victim money, that's a crime.

You suggest a judgment has been entered, in appeals court no less, that's fait accompli. I would advise the plaintiff to take his judgment and go attach Trump's jet, today without delay!

Really, this needs to stop. A simple Google search brought up the status of the case. Dismissed in part and the remaining plaintiffs are pulling out of the suit, leaving only three (3) remaining. Notice the words "final pretrial hearing", that hearing is set for May the 6th. The trial portion hasn't yet started.

One of the principal plaintiffs in the Trump University lawsuit wants to retreat.

Tarla Makaeff filed the lawsuit in 2010 claiming that Trump University defrauded students and made false promises. Now she says that, after Donald Trump has publicly demeaned her both online and during rallies, she wants to withdraw from the lawsuit. The Wall Street Journal reports that in a court filing Makaeff wrote, “I am very concerned about the toll that the trial would take on my emotional and physical health and well-being.”

Since the lawsuit was first filed, Makaeff has suffered health problems, the loss of her mother, and financial distress, and she fears that Trump will continue to retaliate against her. He sued her for defamation in 2010 after she filed the lawsuit seeking $1 million. The case was dismissed, but in a 2012 deposition Trump asserted, “We will be suing your law firm for as much as we can possibly do.”

Makaeff spent a total of $60,000 on Trump University fees and claims that the institution falsely promised students that they would be financially successful. Trump’s lawyers say that the university is not at fault for her failure to find success. They write in a court filing that “she simply did not put in the time, work, and perseverance necessary to achieve success.”

Makaeff’s request to withdraw is not welcome news for Trump’s lawyers who say she is a key witness in their defense, which relies on them debunking her claims. They say that she “should be required to finish what she started.”

Two plaintiffs already withdrew last year and, if Makaeff withdraws, there will be three left. The last pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.

On a human level, I didn't know if I could endure 1% of the malicious hate heaped on Trump. I would have folded, heaved a grenade toward the miscreants, and run for the hills long ago. The man has thicker skin, more endurance and tolerance than I.

Trump has already lost in Appellate court. A summary judgment is pending. The charge is fraud and racketeering. He lied to the students, that his teachers were hand picked. They weren't even teachers, and the school did not have a license to operate. It technically did not exist. Your lame attempt to draw away from the case by citing someone dropped his or her lawsuit, doesn't dismiss anything. The man has already been found guilty by means of the evidence that he was operating an illegal school. Period! Nothing you can say or post changes that. I've already show Hillary and Obama are proven racists because they support AA and once were against SSM.
