No Middle East war. It is war there since Saddam hangover after US troops won 2004.

Trump wants to wall-off Mexico, but he also clearly wants war with Iran and China.

Trump may re-impose Iranian sanctions, but that will be the extent of US actions towards Iran. Israel will ensure the Iranians never become a nuclear state, not the US. Given Chinas provocative actions in the S. China Sea, specifically, militarization of artificial atolls, despite having pledged not to do so, war may be inevitable. Chinas tacit support of N. Korea is equally as alarming. I suspect S. Korea may become a flashpoint in the near future. Trump suggests S. Korea / Japan develope their own nuclear arsenals, and that is IMO the only practical way to curb Chinese agression.

We let Israel take responsibility in the Middle East against Muslims and Iran above all. The Middle East is nothing when there ISIS and war with Iraq, including Terrorism does not support a democratic Iraq, including the United States which began with the first victory in the 2000s in wars abroad, then arranged Democracy otherwise dictatorial Iraq, but Saddam was hanged in front of celebration Iraqi people for his plans for cruelty.

Mah ... a Republican administration could decide to attack the friends of the previous Democrat administration ... but Obama hasn't created great diplomatic relationships ... he has overall created new enemies for the United States!

So Trump could declare war to Ukraine, to Palestine, to United Nations ...
    [this was political satire!].

But my real thought is that Trump won't start any wars, he's a smart business, not a dumb warmonger leader.

oh, so you think the USA should have just sat on our hands after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor?

the USA should have done nothing after the Germans sank the Lusitania, and attacked three more American ships with their U-Boats? and offered Mexico to get back Texas and Arizona if they joined then in WW1 against the USA?

wow, sounds like you're saying Republicans of the past were treasonous cowards.

I don't expect Trump or America will start any wars. No one is going to want to mess with an America that's rebuilding it's military. Obama they could push over but Trump so far has been a wall (pun intended) and it's either his way or the highway. They can't bully us now. I do worry about China however because they've been upset recently that Trump will not bow down to them. They might start something if given the chance.

We might go on the ground to exterminate ISIS in Syria and Iraq, but that's it. The absence of war will be a huge disappointment to 3 Republican members of congress and the entire Democratic Party.

We may be forced to take action in the near future if N Korea mounts a nuke on a ballistic missile. Hopefully we solve that problem overnight. ... a one hour war.

There will be no wars against Russia, China, or Iran..

I'm fairly confident that he already has declared war on Obama's appointees. Confident he'll win it too - with the stroke of a pen: "You're fired!"

Why did Obama attack in Libya and Yemen? Include Syria and Iraq if you don't mind too much.

Ghaddafi shot down Pan Am Flight 103, murdering 243 passengers and 16 crew.

Prominent among the passenger victims was the 50-year-old UN Commissioner for Namibia, Bernt Carlsson, who would have attended the signing ceremony of the New York Accords at the UN headquarters on 22 December 1988.[31] Also aboard were: Volkswagen America CEO James Fuller and Volkswagen America Marketing Director Lou Marengo, who were returning from a meeting with Volkswagen executives in West Germany; musician Paul Jeffreys, formerly bass player with Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel, and his wife Rachel; poet and former girlfriend of musician Robert Fripp, Joanna Walton, credited with writing most of the lyrics on Fripp's 1979 album Exposure as well as coining the term "Frippertronics"; Jonathan White, the son of actor David White, who played Larry Tate on the 1960s American sitcom Bewitched; and Alfred Hill, a promising young physicist.[32] Also on board was Irving Sigal, the senior director of molecular biology at the Merck Sharp & Dohme Research Laboratories in Rahway, New Jersey.

Matthew Gannon, the Central Intelligence Agency's deputy station chief in Beirut, Lebanon, was sitting in Clipper Class, Pan Am's version of business class,[35] seat 14J. Major Chuck "Tiny" McKee, a U.S. Army officer returning from an assignment with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Beirut, sat behind Gannon in the centre aisle, seat 15F. Two Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) special agents were also on board. They were sitting in economy: Ronald Lariviere, security officer from the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, in 20H; Daniel O'Connor, security officer from the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, was five rows behind Lariviere in 25H, leaving both men seated over the right wing. The four men had flown together from Cyprus that morning.

so yeah, cry me a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing river for the murderer Ghaddafi.

    who's side are you on?

I don't know if things have changed by now in Germany ... when I served in the Army, assigned to temporary duty at the Schweinfurt Army Airfield, at times Germans came onto the base to make repairs.

When they would have the noon meal, they openly drank quite a lot of beer. I never saw that happen in the USA for workers.

Ask why Pearl Harbor got attacked?

Ask why FDR could have prevented the attack?

Ask why FDR did not properly protect the phillipines.

All that anger only due to realizing that when it comes to war, in general, that is what Democrats offer.

    Wait.....

While it is either all true or mostly true, do you mean it was correct for Obama to wage a war that destroyed a country that ...

    1. Disarmed it's nuclear force
    2. Admitted guilt and paid victims and family members
    3. promised peace

And you defend Obama waging a war that Bush had won?

Yes indeed, Abe the outlaw was a Republican and I speak against the man. Do you speak ill of Abraham Lincoln? I do. Join me.

Both Bushs indeed waged a war.

I won't bore the forum with the reasons. But me not liking them does not mean they did not happen.

Personally, in the case of FDR, my actual first president ... wanted war.
My belief is that Adolf could have been prevented. The Germans were saddled with all kinds of legitimate grievances and those needed to be addressed. Hitler almost never got into power.

Actually I NEVER stated FDR should not have declared war either on Japan nor Germany.

    - - - Updated - - -

I don't say that. But thanks for the offer.
