I agree- he should've closed the borders to all but returning citizens (and quarantined even them for 2 weeks minimum in isolation in hospital) in early January, and kept it that way until at least 2 weeks after the last human anywhere was documented to have the virus. That would've been the smart move. I'm sure Biden would've done that. I guess I'm voting Dem in Nov!
