He can't accomplish anything because he isn't the great deal maker and in fact is so far over his head pretending to be a manager that all he can do is whine and tweet and blame everyone else including his own party for his leadership failures.

IF you bother to actually educate yourself by reading the actual bill she voted for you would know that she voted to give Bush the responsibility to make the decision. Neither she nor anyone voting actually voted for war. Thst was Bush's decision and only his decision.
