    Sure it is, obviously the way it been going for the last 30+ years isn't working. Close the border, only allow those who qualify for asylum or have a legal visa to enter, turn everyone else away. Without illegals, liberals don't think they have a future. But they don't understand, by supporting illegal aliens of US citizens, they will have an even shorter future. I can't wait until the party of the Klan finally self-destructs and is erased from history...

    Aliens (legal and illegal) have same constitutional protections American citizens have. However, there are 3 exceptions: voting, some government jobs, and gun ownership. The left wants them to vote of course, and they want to take guns from aliens and American citizens.

    The 14th Amendment is the key: "...or deny to any person within its jurisdiction [of the state] the equal protection of the laws". Aliens are persons.

    The two are not mutually exclusive.

    They are picking up those who have been before a judge who ordered them deported. If we can't deport them, who can we deport? It sounds like you want just anyone who enters the country to be allowed to stay.

    But you're cool with building a Death Star right? What the F are you even talking about? I don't get how it is you can support open borders in which anyone and everyone can simply come across. We all know you folks don't care if your illegal alien hordes kill innocent Americans, apparently that's an acceptable sacrifice, you don't care if human traffickers, drug dealers, and gang members cross, just part of the deal. And clearly you don't care about all the women and children that are victimized on the journey between whatever hellhole they came from to the point of our border, yet have the gall to insinuate our agents are less than professional...

    If they have been ordered deported, there is a warrant signed by a judge.

    The type of deportations that you describe have been carried out for decades. Lawfully and humanely. This is a political scam.
