You are so right... It is a republican thing to follow what you are told is best. Perfect example is that when Bush was president and the rich wanted to import more goods from China (It was preached from Fox news and Rush Limbaugh that we need to just to keep prices down) NOW that same thing via Trump is NOT keeping jobs in America and Fox news and Limbaugh follow suit, they preach it and guys with I.Q.'s about 90 fall in line like good little soldiers. Same thing happened in the 30s for Hitler... Most anyone remembers of hitler is the killing of 6M jews. They forget how he SLOWLY got in control.
Trump has done everything humanly possible to be a bad american other than done drugs. If a democrat file bankruptcy 6 times, married 3 and acted like he does, Fox and limbaugh would pound them into the ground and morally incomprehensible adults... Yet trump does it and he is looking out for us first...
It is our education system, especially down here in the South where I moved to... Basically bar-B-Q guns, and work boots with no shoestrings.. Chelsea by all accounts is a spoiled idiot (according to Podesta and Hillary staffers) that has zero experience in anything, and Trumps kids are business wiz's.

Besides, it's responsible to have input of several people when making difficult decisions.

 

Or how about if you found out Bush the Younger really DID cause 9/11 just to ensure his reelection in 2004? Would you say that was OK since it got a conservative the victory?

They are private sector business executives who are responsible for the well being of the company their father owns.

Now, with this election they have have an unprecedented advantage over their competition through their personal level of involvement in the civil process that drives the engine of govt.

Yeah, but it would still remain illegal for Trump to use bribes or other similar means to boost his business. Why not punish him if he actually does wrong doing instead of non stop speculation ?

Transition team is not part of the Government.. If his kids were giving him advice once he is President of course i would have an issue with it. The media is going what they do hyping this beyond logic.

 

Because the point of Conflict of Interest laws are about preventing any impropriety before it happens, not waiting and hoping it doesn't happen, and attempting to deal with it after the fact (which I don't see happening in a Trump/Republican controlled Govt)

They are advising him on which people to install into the most prominent positions in govt.

There are a lot of grey areas for Trump as it relates to these rules.

The idea is that for the public to have faith in their executive branch, even the appearance of such conflicts should be avoided. Trump and his family are basically thumbing their nose at any appearance of impartiality
