    Sort of like the 100's of thousands who "rallied" on the streets over the past few weeks? How much death and destruction will that reckless behavior cost?

    So a Trump rally should be cancelled, but 100's of thousands of street protestors wreaking mayhem and destruction for 3 weeks should be allowed?

    It is so sad but the reality is that is what it is and this Chapter is similar to Jonestown. He is making sure they all sign that they will not sue him and no masks are needed and it is inside. Only an insane President would ask this of his people and only insane people would care so little about themselves and their families that they would go but sadly that is current America.

    I guess he is just wanting to check just how far his fans will do what he wants ....as he checks the water for the future. Just how much he can manipulate them to do anything he wants.

    I've said this many times but I'm happy to say it again - the protest mob and the rioting terrorists should have been shut down on day 1. Local and state governments did not enforce social distancing mandates equally and that's a violation.

    It was just announced that both Trump and Mike Pence cancelled their address to the 'overflow crowd' because -- there is no overflow crowd. :cry:

    No, I live in Scotland. We don't have one. They are signing so that if they die or a member of their family dies or they loose their jobs or anything else happens because they attend, they cannot sue Trump. He said he could kill people and his followers would accept it. Trump tries things. It he gets away with them then he goes on to the next stage, tries to do something normally even more unacceptable.. If he doesn't get away with it, it never happened. You have a looney President living in na na land and he is right now seeing if people are prepared risk losing their lives and that of their families to show their 'loyalty' for him. Only people acting as a cult would do this.

    Think of the risk difference as being similar to smoking

    one person smoking indoors and everyone around them is complaining one person smoking outdoors and only those standing close will get a whiff

    What should have been shut down is the destruction of property, and anything else that went beyond the bounds of "peaceful protest". Just last night I saw a statue of George Washington being torn down and set afire in DC, with no action taken at all by law enforcement to stop it. What a disgrace DC and most other big-city Dem habitats have become.

    As much as they talk the game, the hardcore left could care less about covid infections, they just want to use the issue as a political weapon to suppress the economy, and by extension, the Trump presidency. I think they actually salivate when they find an increase in infections because they think it gives them more ammunition.
