So when you regulate lies and propaganda you are “regulating the internet” ? SO when you regulate that someone has to be 16 to drive in the US, your regulating highways right ? PSSSSTTTT, the actual “internet” has been regulated since day one.
They watched it, but they’re not Tucker supporters. They watched it to make fun of him and Elon musk.
Sure. The thing is that video kind of got embedded in a lot of new stories so it is probably way outside the norm for whatever it is he plans to do will get as a baseline. Musk announced something yesterday about monetizing content but I am not exactly sure how it is going to work because I am not sure what exactly they mean by a verified user in terms of view counts toward monetization. I am not sure if he is only talking about views by twitter blue members or he is talking about anyone who has an account that went through the text a code step to keep active.
Psst, if a political commentator has 100 million views... more than 100 times that of their closest "MSM" competitor, perhaps it is time to acknowledge who is speaking what the people think and who is actively attacking the people. Nobody wants to see the steaming pile of crap that the MSM is trying to serve anymore. The message here is not to attack those speaking truth to power, the message is for the MSM to do better.
This made me laugh. I used to watch Glenn Beck clips on YouTube out of curiosity and amusement. I remember him saying that he was a Libertarian and because he was a Libertarian, he thought marijuana should be illegal because if you make it legal, the gov will regulate it. As a Libertarian, he’s fully against regulations. I thought that was the dumbest nonsensical argument ever. He would never say he wants guns illegal. Beck was a massive fraud. He was trying to appeal to the political biases of his audience and establishment. He didn’t have it in him to really challenge the political norms. Always played it safe while calling him himself a libertarian. It was funny imo.
