I saw the program when it aired. I don't care about Tucker Carlson's attempt to rewrite it. Maddow's report centered on the haul Trump took for his inauguration, much of it from fronts and shells. She asked where did the money go, since it obviously didn't go into the inauguration.

 

You guys live in an alternate reality. she didn't BLAME TRUMP for the disaster. She was pointing out that during all this economic turmoil, some how the venezualans came up with $600K donation to trumps campaign and the son of the donor got a meeting with Bannon and another NSC member to discuss the us sanctions.

But what else can hannity do but deflect with the fake interpretation that Maddow was blaming trump. I realize it plays well with the fox news crowd and panders to the "us vs them" partisanism of the unthinking, but I am continually amazed that they dont' realize how badly they are being "played" (or how easily it seems).

 

In Socialist regimes the leaders always live like kings. It's the people who suffer. Look at Venezuela if you don't believe me.

 

Tucker Carlson is not a journalist (not sure if he ever was) anymore, he is a cable version of Alex Jones and his speciality is feigning concern and sneak attacks of certain guests. He just not as smart (or greedy) as Jones, Limbaugh & Coulter to break out on his own yet.
