Tulsi took the neutral and non-partisan position on the impeachment vote last night. She seems to be the only person in the House more concerned with the country than with her party, a courageous woman. Here is her statement: https://www.tulsi2020.com/press/201...utm_medium=breaking&utm_campaign=breaking_bar I hope the link works, but I find her a lone voice of reason and patriotism in the House.
Tulsi Gabbard has amazing leadership qualities, and the Democrats could win in a landslide if they gave her a chance. But they're not going to. The last thing they want is someone with integrity. DEMOCRATS . HEE HAW! The media's bought and on our side, to help us hide our 'franken' pride, of lies, deceits, illicit gain, hypocrisy and willful shame of nation; that you all hold dear while we could care less - Jeannette
I really admire her stance on foreign policy. I'm not a fan of her socialist-leaning stances, but she's obviously a very strong woman. She's hated by the left because she goes against the DNC. If they listened to her (which the Dems won't) they'd see she aligns with so much of their talking points.... Oh well. The Dems will run biden and they'll wonder why they lost again.
I am glad the left has given Tulsi the cold shoulder during her presidential run because I believe she is their best candidate. I think she would be the toughest opponent for Trump. Luckily for Trump he will probable face off against one of the far left corpses.
I like that she voted present. All the other Dems running should also. It's an obvious conflict of interest. That she did shows that she's definitely honorable.
Why do you dislike her so much? You do know she's a Democrat right? That she holds much of the same policy positions as other Dems?
I don't think anyone doubts her bravery or sincerity. She's just a loon, is all. She's like our version of Rand Paul. Sometimes I agree with him, and he's always out there alone, getting **** from everyone. But he's kind of weird. It also cynically occurred to me she's auditioning for a spot on Fox. But she's been nutty for a long time, so it's probably just her.
Tulsa Gabbard if that's her name joins her fellow Democrats to impeach Trump. Who ought to put in a mental institution rather be President
Yep, Trump is going to go up against increasingly senile Joe Biden, the possessor of real -- as in his son is up to it to his neck -- Ukrainian dirt or neo Marxist Bernie Sanders or truly moon-beam level crazy Fauxihontis Elizabeth Warren. Even with this impeachment farce concocted by the Left's leadership he's going to easily stomp any one of those three into the ground. Tulsi, however, would have given him problems.
If she voted No the democrats which are already against her would just have more dirt to throw at her. She did the right thing. Painful truth, no democrat in congress wants to be seen next to her, she is beautiful much like Republican women, she just doesn't fit in that party.
It was literally the most cowardly vote anyone there cast. Either she believes the president should be impeached, or she does not. If she does not, then a 'nay' was the right choice. She does not have what it takes to even be a member of the House if she cannot handle the tough votes
Or she doesn't want to be enabled by the DNC or the RNC. Shocking for the alt leftists on this forum...
I tend to agree. She is definitely the best of the Dem bad bunch but if she really did have integrity she should have voted either for or against imo. Hedging bets isn't always the right approach and makes you look weak and unable to commit.
Commit to what? A witch hunt that will be shut down by the Senate and she KNOWS it or the right wing that she opposes? She's bashed the DNC and RNC many times... why does she have to conform to your "rational" thought?
She's vying for the top job. She is either for impeachment, on the grounds presented, or she isn't. I think she wants Trump impeached but not necessarily on the grounds presented but that is what was put to the vote. I never said she had to conform to my "rational thought". It's just an opinion so keep your pants on.
Your opinion is noted. However, you ignored the first half of my post. Which leads us all to believe you had an alternative motive before posting. The DNC could use you right about now
No alternative motive sheesh "Commit" to a yes/no answer. Did Trump commit the 'crimes' specifically laid out in the Articles of Impeachment. Yes/No! If you are vying for the job of leader of the free world I would expect a better response than 'present'.
And if you are campaigning against the President wouldn't you think that it would be a conflict of interest to vote for his impeachment?
