    The funny thing about threads like this is waiting for the usual suspects to get their talking points in order. There is always the delay at the start, a few desperate flails and then they get the angles of attack sorted out.

    Even more so for McMaster & Mattis, people of genuine achievement & ability. Trump had best pray they don't have information that is damaging to him because my bet is that if Congress calls them to testify they will put duty to country before a President they know to be unfit for office.

    I think it's because i see zero reason to join these pathetic efforts at giving trump credit for something he didnt do in an even weaker attempt at avoiding talking about the prosecution of two Giuliani associates who did work for trump, funnelled illegal foreign money into a Trump Super PAC and successfully lobbied trump into dismissing the Ukrainian diplomat because of conspiracy bullshit.

    Are the prosecutors of the SDNY part of the Trump/Bare DOJ?

    Granted they serve at the pleasure of the President but for the country and constitution.

    She stood her ground as she should when the President’s prerogatives don’t serve the country or our constitution.
