First solution-------------I have posted this before. Obama should eliminate the top 3 levels of of people in the VA. Then he could promote new people into those positions. He should tell them they have 3 months to fix the back log problem, or they would be fired too. Second solution---------------change where the President, Congress, and Washington b'crats get their health care. They would all have to go to the VA and get on the list. NO JUMPING POSITION!!!!!! I bet the VA would be cleaned up in a month!!!!
First "solution" would result in lots of people in fired and no fix. Arbitrary time limits don't fix problems. Second "solution" would work but only because Congress would suddenly start throwing billions and billions of dollars at the problem.
