The other issue is that he claimed prior to putting up this video only 8 people were watching him and they were friends. However by the time the council had been inundated with complaints the video had already had 1,000,000 views it is now over 3.5 million. The judge does not believe that he did not intend this and believes that the intention was to spread hate and to spread fear among the Jewish community which he apparently did and which I can understand given history that he could.

Everyone deserves freedom and rights and that includes minorities. If someone's freedom of speech interferes with other people's freedom to live without fear then they are going to fall foul of this law in Scotland.

Again all irrelevant since Anjem Choudary was sentenced to 5 and half years prison for his Youtube videos and this guy won't get any prison sentence, but hey, you clearly are in favour of some hate speech but not other hate speech.
