Maybe the old man shot in self defense.

 

What need is there to shoot an unarmed child?

 

Once again.

Does a person iniating a confrontation forfeit his right to self defense?

Just because someone stops you illegally doesn't mean you get to use violence.

 

He wasn't a child.

He was 17 years old.

And it wasn't an old man. Wasn't Zimmerman only 26?

 

Maybe the old man felt threatened. It's possible that the young black kid got aggressive or domineering towards him. It's possible that the headline might have read differently had the old man not shot him.

 

At 17 years old, you are a minor, and therefore a child.

 

Some 17 year olds are physically superior to the average adult male.

 

Not relevant. He was still a child.

 

Try mixing it up (for real) with a 17 year old, then see if you feel the same.

 

So some racist (*)(*)(*)(*) gets all Rambo and ends up killing a kid and the racist (*)(*)(*)(*)s on this board try to find every way possible to blame it on the kid who was just minding his own (*)(*)(*)(*) business until the racist (*)(*)(*)(*) who shot him started messing with him. About on par for the Cons on this board.

 

How do you know the kid was minding his own business? What if the kid instigated things to the point of physical confrontation?

 

How do you know that the white guy was racist?

 

Yeah maybe he was throwing Skittles at the dudes car and he got mad and shot him.

 

Or maybe he was running his mouth and acting like a thug.

 

Why are you assuming that there was a good reason for a white guy to shoot an unarmed kid? Why do you assume its okay to call 911 if a black kid is in your neighbourhood?

 

Oh so that is grounds enough now for shooting a 17 year old kid? Yeah lets just shoot every kid that mouths off. I mean with a pocket full of Skittles there is no telling the damage that can be done. (*)(*)(*)(*)ing pathetic.

 

There is black guy who walks down my street right past my house everyday. Maybe the next time when i see him I will go outside and interrogate him on why he is in my neighborhood. When he gets pissed and mouths off to me I will shoot him in the face. Probably make me a hero to the Cons here.

 

I'm simply providing alternatives to the narrative. There is after all, a lot of assumption going on here...

 

Are you mad that things might not have gone down as you assume?

 

If you two engaged in a physical altercation, and you shot him in self defense... well... there is nothing to talk about.

Even I've steadily maintained that based on what I've read so far that he probably deserves three years in prison give or take.

But those screaming "racist white man" are taking lots of liberties here by labeling him a murderer.

I'm wasn't aware that many murderers called 911 before killing someone.

 

No matter what happens, Zimmerman will either be convicted of murder or manslaughter. There will be no Obama Hate Crime verdict on Zimmerman though, I guarantee it. So cool your heels already, liberal fanatics.

 

Their real preference would be 1859.

 

Being paco-slapped doesn't meet the conditions for deadly force in the claim of self defense.
