Congress is where the authority to make immigration laws lies. If someone is upset by this picture, they must be upset with their congresscritter. The executive enforces the law, it does not (properly) write them. Obama admitted DACA was an unconstitutional bit of bluster that congress would need to take action on if they wanted it. They didn't then, and they haven't since trump took office when he said they had a year to do something or he was going to start enforcing the law.

They can have the lower half of Mendocino County or Contra Costa County instead and put their perverted capitol in San FranFreako.

And secondly, the port of Long Beach goes to the good portion of the state along with the rail lines to the East.

That way, the good side of the state has two ports LB and SD, and the slime part has LA/San Pedro and San FranFreako ports.
