You can be sure that if this was enacted, there would be a whole crew who loaded those corpses into whatever delivery container would be used, wearing nothing but loin cloths. It would be something like a dumpster, loaded into a C5-A. The flight crew would only wear latex gloves, and eat snacks all along the whole flight. On and on. By the time the corpses were dumped (in the wrong place), we'd have many hundreds of servicemen and hired coolies infected.
Obama would learn about it a week later, from the news paper.

 

When he did read of it, he would just smirk and tell U.S. there is not even a "Smidgen" of a hazard.
