As if night vision goggles, body armor, training ,cash and diplomatic support for terrorists to make them more combat effective is not enough, Obama has decided to allow lethal aid as well. The "it's non-lethal" excuse is now out the window.

We are now going to arm and support the rebels, because according to the U.S., it now was confirmed that Assad used chemical weapons, probably sarin gas, and guess what? This is the first time I do not believe my government. When it came to WMD and Bush, I knew he wasn't lying and that the CIA George Tenet was deceived, but this is different. There is no way Hezbollah would be allowed to take over Syria, so some excuse had to be found. Of course my first thought went to Israel and it's fear of Hezbollah, but then I remembered something I read this morning in a foreign site. It said there is now a war going on between the Shias and Sunnis, and that Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are expelling Shia business men from Lebanon.

Seems there is a lot more to this than meets the eye. I'm glad of one thing though, Nato is not declaring the no fly zone on Turkey's border as Turkey wanted right from the beginning, but instead is declaring it on the Jordanian one.

 

Never fear, all! Obama will personally monitor the rebels to make sure they perform on the up-and-up! Even as we speak, our Messiah-in-Chief is personally listening to their Verizon calls and making sure each member of the Rebel Alliance eats their vegetables, washes their hands before eating, and ties their shoelaces!
