On may 21 old new president of Russia Putin approved new Russian government. Before, just as we had expected Dmitry Medvedev who was only keeping Putin’s seat warm from 2008 to 2012 took office as prime minister of Russia.

Part of key posts in the new government approved by Putin are given to political veterans as Anatoly Serdyukov who remains the post of minister of defence of the Russian Federation and Sergei Lavrov, who also remains the country’s foreign minister.
Also the some people appointed as deputy prime ministers: Igor Shuvalyov, Vladislav Surkov, Dmitry Kozak, Dmitry Rogozin, Arkady Dvorkovich, Olga Golodets and Aleksandr Khloponin are well known political veterans.

Well, nobody’s forgotten, no one fired. Putin’s once again proved his pathological devotion to the "stability" of staff.

I cannot believe anybody thought he would do differently .
You make no mention of my ," Fear Hero" , Sergei Ivanov .Retained ( Future President ?? )
Does Khloponin retain Deputy PM status?
I thought he had overall control of the North Caucasus and the attempts to end the Civil War with the Caucasus Emirate .

Modern Russia is built on St Petersburg of the early nineties , the KGB , as distinct from FSB , and the Tambov Organised Crime Syndicate .
That's why Russian people are trapped .

Ivanov is a Chief of Staff Presidential Administration of Russia. It’s a great post. I’ll tell you that. Our parliament (State Duma and Federation Council of Russia) is just a fing fake . All key decisions makes in Presidential Administration of Russia.

I don’t think so. But who knows lol

Yep. Khloponin is a deputy prime minister and the president’s plenipotentiary rep in the north Caucasus

I don’t suppose that war will end soon there. Though part of Caucasian gangsters and terrorists got good and “profitable” seats in govt bodies and Russia transfers huge money to Caucasus every year, we still have the condition red there.
Ray special for you the report about Tambov band. Sometimes crime doesn’t pay;)
Well, I’ve told before that corruption and crime are killing Russia.

If Russia want to construct a good economy it should employ more specialists with good western education, at best expats or old Russian immigrants. The country urgently needs new thinking and western know-how, the old communist "staff" is too stupid and too corrupt to perform anything.

That’s right Ostap. Our new so-called “effective managers” ran most part of our economic sectors into the ground . But soviet higher education was one of the best educations in the world. Thanks to the soviet industrial potential our economy still works. In fact Russia “consumes” soviet industrial heritage. Unfortunately our migaration policy sucks. It seems they don’t need any specialists with good western education and Russian highly skilled specialists as well. They prefer low-skill ppl from former soviet republics, China etc. We have a terrible situation with these guys but it’s a good business. I mean the criminal business.
