    Impeach if you can prove something impeachable. What you can’t do is let one person off for doing something easily proven and illegal and impeaching someone else because you feel they did something wrong and don’t like them. Sorry. That’s not a standard. That is corruption.

    There isn't any need to prove that any witness is lying.

    We are only being provided with their supposed opinions. It doesn't matter if they are honestly stating their opinions, or not. They remain no more than opinions.

    Yes, and the defensive talking point currently is that trump did not demand a quid pro quo because he did not use the phrase "demands a quid pro quo."

    What I said was that we either have opinions [from witnesses], or interpretations and characterizations from proven liars [Schiff, pundits, et al].

    If "lying" is such a concern, why don't you have concerns about Bonespurs' dishonesty?

    Would you like for him to testify under oath in the impeachment process before the House?
