Refusal to hand over subpoenaed documents in civil and criminal court is an admission of guilt

Between the Congress and executive the court decides. Simple civics. The dem clown show withdrew their subpoenas.

The lets run out the clock method. It was decided 50 years ago with Nixon. 9-0 The executive can not withhold evidence against themselves using executive privilege.

Depends on who did the firing and their motive. (You a fan of Xi Jinping? Mass arrests?)

The court decided that. Thanks for making my point.

Every case and every Presidency is different. The Nixon case is apples and oranges.

    Yes. "Isms", not reality.

She's addressing a problem that the rule of law remedies and sobbing about it as though there is no remedy. She's not knowledgeable about the law, and is ignorant about our history. ****ing ish.

She's some doofus' notion of "intellectualism". It gives people who don;t have a clue something to cling to and pretend that there's an academic underpinning to the bullshit that they think they believe. Her "thoughts" are for 15 year olds before life experience and wisdom force them to abandon them.

Her "philosophies" suck balls, are unrealistic and her writing is as unconvincing as it is poorly constructed.

A parliamentary system is too chaotic/changeable for the world's sole superpower.

They have one on their schedule for this year, well sorta, it involves a New York law that has already been removed but the Court still has to decide if they will proceed with a case over a law that doesn't exist, go figure, but it is the Robert's Court

    Are current Gov't isn't chaotic?

As I said, Mitch has made the Senate a parliamentary body, a majority body based on geography not people, so why not

The chief justice doesn’t determine if it will be heard or not.

The made up VA definition most certainly is. It bans glock 19’s, AR-15’s, ruger 10/22’s and a hundred other wildly popular firearms. As the ruling in heller pointed out, states can’t ban them. Red flag laws violate due process and are unconstitutional. So you are only left with universal background checks that can be legally passed by VA, which I have no problem with.

Good, but I am sure there will be another gun case in the near future, the Trump Court is too political to let an opportunity pass

Thankfully, what you think anyone needs is totally irrelevant to the constitutional right to keep and hear arms.

We have dozens of states that are nothing but open farmland, why don't all the gun enthusiasts go to those states, I would even let them have tanks artilery and rocket launchers, because outside of their one or a few cities, there is enough space to use a gun without risking peoples lives.

A simple metric. If you can't see your nearest neighbors house from your own IDGAF what you use on your property if you can see them we need to regulate firearms.

Move to give you a false sense of security? No thanks. What makes you think making yourself an easy target for criminals is a smart move?

The Heller decision didn't say they couldn't be regulated, and a weapon popular with gun advocates doesn't mean it is "widely popular," plus background checks are a joke, just check "accept" and you are on your own (http://www.armslist.com/), and it is only one of many

Another one who thinks a kid wearing a hoodie is going come knocking on his door

Just having a gun in your house raised the probability of someone in your home being hurt by a gun considerably, if you are concerned about safety, I'd focus more on your own home first

why would they? They can own their firearms in any of the 50 states.

People can already own all of the above.

Unfortunately the constitution precludes you from implementing that.

Moscow Mitch abuses the rules, so he's not a great example.
