Can you right wingers explain why Virginia is polling towards Democrat Terry McAuliffe ? Republican Ken Cuccinelli is running to "overhual" Obamcare and is losing ground because he is being tied to the Tea Party and Cruz.

If the Tea Party is so great, why is it that even independents and moderate Republicans are shying away from candidates who are even verbally tied to them. And these are the same polls that showed Obama beating Romney - but I suppose most of you are still following the words of Dick Morris.

    It's pretty simple.

Northern Virginia - the part that is basically part of DC, is more populous than the other regions of Virginia combined. Northern Virginia prospers on government boondoggling, the rest of the state suffers because of it.

The fat rats outnumber the real people in Virginia. That's all there is to it.

So what you are saying is that democrats are pack animals who will vote for anybody who is a democrat and the GOP isn't and actually consider the candidate. See how fun that is. Thanks for verifying the left will vote for anybody that the masters tell them to.

Virginia is becoming like New York (NYC wags the state), Illinois (Chicago wags the state), Michigan (Detroit wags the state although that might be slipping). Just so, suburban DC wags Virginia.

I think Virginia's demographics change has to do with a far darker reason: the staggering death toll from recent super tornados fueled by climate change. Thousands have died. That means a large number of the old conservative base is, sadly, horrifically dead!

The demographics of Virginia are changing because the Liberals are just moving in now to fill in the empty spaces because the North East and South West of the USA are so crowded.

Actually, Liberals are running to VA like mad, because the jobs are here. Here's how it usually works:

Step 1: Liberals move to a state with jobs
Step 2: A growing Liberal population vote in Liberals to run the state
Step 3: Liberal Governors/Legislators raise taxes and create a business unfriendly state
Step 4: The economy worsens, job creators leave and create an unfriendly environment for the citizens
Step 5: Liberals move out of the state and into another Conservative state
    Rinse. Repeat.

You'd be amazed at how quickly Northern VA is growing and guess what... the most liberal part of the state is where? Yes, Northern VA. That being said, there are several reasons why Cucinnelli lost: 1. The GOP establishment left him high and dry and stopped campaigning for him, 2. the mainstream media is liberal, 3. the polls were biased and showed a much greater lead in McAuliffe's favor, making it seem hopeless in order to keep Republicans home for the election - it worked, and 4. many voters are ignorant and a product of the Public Indoctrination System.

    I'm not bitter or anything.
