Vladimir Lenin - was he the Messiah/Workers hero?

    Pretty sure Lenin was the Messiah - certainly if you are of a religious persuasion.(which I'm not).

    But for the realists, I'd say he was more like the working man's ultimate hero.

    I'd say your ignorance of History is appalling. A hell of a lot of Ukrainian working men and there families starved to death because of his policies.

    Most of that was due to the civil war, plus of course the later issues related to Stalin. But, bigger picture wise, I'd say that Lenin was a great force for the good for the workers of the world and their families - or would you have prefered Hitler and the Tsars?
