Anything after that is impossible to deduce anyway because the connecting dots are written with invisible ink and it evaporates between 69 and 73 hours after it is written. Yes, 72 hours is an important point. It's high-tech investigative work.

    I guess different russians would have different reasons

    Putin is the only russian that matters and he is an ex KGB agent who worked his way up to dictator after the Berlin Wall fell and the Soviet Union came apart

    Russia is no longer a world power unto itself but can be a disruptive force with coordination with other rogue nations like iran and north korea

    And now germany is becoming restless again

    Negative Ghostrider, not at that speed. The first step would be to determine what ISP and what data plan the DNC had on the dates in question. Did their connection allow for such fast transfer speeds? Sure would be nice to know...

    In response to discussions regarding the max transfer speed of 22.6 MB/s cited in Guccifer 2.0 NGP/VAN Metadata Analysis, the Forensicator went back and took another look at the metadata and found strong evidence of peak transfer rates of approximately 38 MB/s. Although this higher peak transfer speed might not completely refute the counter-claims made by various critics (regarding transfer speeds that can be achieved over the Internet), it certainly raises the bar.

    A peak transfer rate of 38 MB/s, yeah, no ISP could offer that speed in 2016, especially if the other end is in Romania...
