start at 2:31:40 where he CLEARLY states that state has nothing to do with election FRAUD or the constitutional matters it ONLY deals with CYBERSECURITY issues, hacking of voting and tabulation machines and social media rumors.

And you would do yourself well to watch the entire hearing where evidence of fraud is discussed.

No court or judge in the land saw any issues that was fraud or interference with this election.

I'm glad to see policing of elections and culprits should get prison.

That said, stealing ballots is something that can be rendered pointless.

If someone stole MY ballot, there is nothing they could do with it other than use it as a weird placemat or fire starter.

And, it wouldn't affect me, either. People here know when ballots are delivered and if delivery isn't received it's easy to have that ballot invalidated and another sent to me.

Vote by mail is WAY, WAY less vulnerable to election crime than we'll EVER be able to make polling places - where there are numerous vulnerabilities that get used in EVERY elecion.

 

So the guy you are citing to support your claim is really a farce and pure theater........................well then you just defeated your own argument.

Go watch the hearings and learn something so far you have presented nothing and your claim about what Kreb's and the DHS statement said have been refuted.

 

Sorry but the DOJ and the Carter/Baker Commision on Federal Elections say otherwise and in fact mail in voting is the least secure. All the irregularities we have seen this year have to do with mail in and absentee voting. It totally disrupted elections in several stated including key swing states.

every state you listed, only has 1 slate of electors, and they have all cast their votes already.

I informed myself here by watching the Senate hearings so that I would be informed on what happened and what is being contested. You should try it then you could actually respond with something of substance.
