Sorry you can't afford a state ID since you can't drive. We don't care. You don't vote and from your posts, you shouldn't. Not qualified. :roflol:

The snow ball of losing our rights began quite some time ago. The 2nd has seen the most attack, but so have others. Currently the 1st amendment is under the most fire all around from those who want hate speech laws to those that want more rights to sue people over things they don't like said about them.

This said I don't get why a voter ID is bad when you already have to register in order to vote. The NC law even gave the photo ID away for free so I don't get how that is racist or limits anyone's right to vote.

What do you mean by a 14th Amendment subject? Is this intended to be slam against black people or is this the amendment that has been accused of being part of the DC corporate government owned by the British?

According to the 9th Court everyone in the world is subject to the US Constitution and therefore has the right to vote. As of today they only need walk through the doors but there may soon be 6 billion absentee ballots to count.

You'll also find that the vast majority of those kids you're denigrating have huge college loans to pay off and pretty crappy incomes

We have seen an article in this thread claiming 200,000 people in WI were unable to vote because they couldn't have IDs based on 1 anecdotal story about a guy who moved from IL to WI and screwed up his own paperwork. But yet, we can't say "hundreds of convictions" = 100x more fraud that wasn't caught? So, 100x200,000 = 200,000,000 instances of voter fraud not caught based on the formula of the article posted several times in this thread.

Isn't it claimed that poor white vote republican? And the elderly vote Republican too? There are more poor whites than there are poor POC. So you are saying the GOP is trying to stifle their own base from voting?

How many people have proven that they were unable to vote simply by these laws in the last 8 years?

Who is trying to 'stifle' anyone? Why not just apply Voter ID for every qualified person to be suire the system is sound. That's all everyone should want.

As long as we have no reliable means of tracking voter fraud, every claim that it's not a problem is as baseless as any claim that it is. Nobody really knows for a fact but those who suspect voter fraud prefer to error on the side of caution, which is smart, while those who deny voter fraud prefer to error on the side of great risk, which is foolish. In any case, evidence of criminal activity is not required to justify putting in place countermeasures that allow us to track and prevent it. We are morally obligated to do so.

Guess our lawmakers are willing to just let something really bad happen, before doing something about it. Reactive stupidity. Imagine if our military were THAT stupid. We'd be speaking German or Japanese right now.

    Read the decision yourself.

"In a unanimous 29-page opinion, three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit flatly rejected the government’s argument that suspension of the order should be lifted immediately for national security reasons, and they forcefully asserted their ability to serve as a check on the president’s power.

The judges wrote that any suggestion that they could not “runs contrary to the fundamental structure of our constitutional democracy.”

Now, with the Somalis having the right of entry to the US under the Constitution, why would they not have all the other benefits it promises, including voting rights? Why would the 9th Circuit offer them Constitutional rights that you would seem to deny them?

You may enjoy this. The relevant part begins at the 7 minute mark, though it's all good.

Your claim was "and therefore has the right to vote".

You provided a link that says nothing of the kind.

    Good job

What sensible parent allows their children to a) fail to gain anything but a high school education, and b) allows them to leave at the tender age of 18? That's insanity, in 2017. Once again, I'm not referring to, or talking to, these kinds of parents.

Any trend you're seeing is simply overexposure to deadbeats. I don't live in that world, so I don't see that. I see kids like mine, who are buying investment properties at age 19 or 20, while studying for STEM degrees.
