First, I'm not wishing ill on anyone with this topic, so please don't take it that way. Pretend it's October, Trump has ditched Pence for Nikki Haley as VP. Trump then dies, falls ill, or something else happens that makes it so he can't still run for re-election. The GOP does the smart thing and makes Haley the candidate. Between her and Biden, who are you voting for? Personally, I was planning to be a "blue no matter who" voter, but Biden is so terrible that I'd probably be fine with Haley. She has a lot of the qualities I look for in a strong president, and I honestly don't think there's that much of a difference between her and Biden on policies. What are everyone else's thoughts on a scenario like that?
I'd still go Biden. We have a world of hurt caused by trump that needs to be cleaned up and even though Biden might have a few strikes against him, he still has enough integrity that he would be able to put the right people in charge of the departments that trump has sh!t on and get us back on the right track. The White House needs someone who knows how to truly drain the swamp.
