I'm dying here. I want to see that governor get his butt kicked and why was blondies character morphed into an idiot?

They have always had mid season breaks, just never called finales. It was good, I just think Andrea is looking for a place to settle down and stop running. She would probably be trying to get Rick and the rest of them to join the governor if she knew where they were located.

Although, I am curious to see how the redneck brothers are going to get out of the execution. And Merl might be up (*)(*)(*)(*)s creek considering there probably isn't anyone that is going to accept him.

You saw him get his ass kicked! Michonne did a number on him! Unfortunately I think the rest of the season is going to be the governor doing a number on the prison until, of course, he is eventually defeated and killed, But we're almost certain to lose some major characters I think. He's convinced Woodbury that they were attacked. That they're livelyhood is at stake. And that they must kill the offenders if they are to be safe again. He's way too good of a leader.

By the way...if you really want to know what happens next...read the comics! It's worth it! Embrace your inner man-child.

10 years of comics? Nah, I will stick with the series. I am thuroughly disappointed with addaptation from text to screen cross overs. They were talking on "Talking Dead" how Merl and Earl weren't even in the comics.

    Meryle and Daryl*

And no they don't exist in the comics. Neither does T-Dog. But that's nice for me because it means I have absolutely no clue what's going to happen to them in the show! I also had no clue what would happen to Shane because Shane never made it out of Atlanta in the comics.

but we had bimbo blondie see Darryl and she knew he was no "terrorist"

Does she do the right thing or does she try and hang onto the guy who's been doing her.

Time to get Nagasaki on Woodbury. If I were Rick, I'd re-group, re-arm and burn the place to the ground, before they do the same to the prison. No one in that town is to be trusted at this point, while they are under the spell of the Jim Jones wanna-be..."The Governor."

I watched the show the first two seasons, which were pretty good, but the show is wearing thin with me. It seems like everyone in the show is a complete retard with no idea how to take down a group of zombies. A 10 year old with a .22 could clear a town of these zombies in a day. Slow, dumb as a rock, weaponless - something as basic as a chain-link fence is too much for these zombies to comprehend. They should have made these zombies like the ones in '21 Days Later'. Those zombies actually presented a threat.

Don't you think you would run out of ammo eventually? It's all quite simple if you have an unlimited supply of ammo, but that's unlikely.

I would say the guy doing her. If it was real life, you know people get a cloud of haze when it comes to sex.

Who needs a gun when you're dealing with these types of zombies? As demonstrated in the show when they took the prison, these mindless zombies will line up at a chain link fence and wait for you to stick something in their head from the other side. They're as slow as turtles, depend on smell to identify targets, they have no concept of developed reasoning such as opening a door or climbing a ladder...I'd be more worried about catching a cold than getting bit by these types of zombies.

If you had been watching the show this season, you would know that is pretty much what they have been doing(swords & knives, trying to save ammo). You're the one who brought up a 10 y.o. with a .22. And you talk like these zombies are like politicians...they're not that useless & dumb, sheesh!

I agree it would have made the show a ton better to have agile fast moving zombies like the Dawn of the Dead remake or 28 days later (28 days later I believe had just rabid people which didn't require to be killed by head damage). I always find it weird that a lot of zombie fans defend the shambling zombie that a child could outwit and run.

Anyways I thought the last episode was kind of lame. Andrea is tool, and the end get away was kind of stupid. No one but the black guy got shoot and killed, beyond predictable and unrealistic as they were sitting ducks going over the fence.

It was an example, meant to convey a point - the point that these zombies are as much a threat as a quadriplegic with a butter knife between his teeth.

But yes, these zombies are beyond dumb. Anything short of a worm in the animal kingdom has more intelligence than these zombies, plus they lack the physical attributes to be any threat.

Front loaders. Moats/Trenchs. Zombie problems solved.

Or get to an island, as the hottie samarai chick suggested.

I guess all of the boats in Georgia magically sunk in episode 1. Nor have they managed to find a car that can take them north of their position, where common sense would dictate that a zombie would freeze solid the first winter in a northern climate.

But, it is after all a TV show. I guess I'm looking into it a bit much.

I love the show. I wait with great anticipation for every episode. I love me some Daryl too. I can relate to him in a was...self-sufficient, seriously vigilant, and no bull (*)(*)(*)(*).

    Frozen solid zombies...lol

the Appalachian mountains is just a stone throw from where they where. You can bet your ass unless your lucky to find a boat in a garage somewhere everything else would have been taken by those closer to the coast.

Well I would highly doubt that, at least when taking into account the events of the show. Rick woke up a week or so after the zombie outbreak to find a town with living 2 people in it, meaning the rest were *dead or zombies. I doubt the city and state sailed away to better fortune. There are 20 million registered recreational boats in the United States, with countless more commercial vessels. I would think it would be rather easy to find one in such a scenerio.

Some zombie flicks and books have zombies swimming and walking the sea floors. One would need to build an wall around their island.
