your whining is equivalent as giving someone thats hungrily a hamburger and they throw it back at you because it wasn't a steak
In a country as great as America, an employee of a company the size and success of Walmart shouldn't have to be on foodstamps. And no comment on Trump's promise to bring business back to America?
a low paying entry level Walmart job isnt designed to support a family on so if your only option you have is that low skill entry level Walmart job thats your own dam fault not Walmart's that person should have gotten an education or learned a marketable skill to get a job that pays much more and not get married and or have kids to support if you dont have the means to do so
Good grief, entry level jobs are just that. Usually part time and designed to show your worth and get promoted or build a resume. You don't get to not learn a skill or get more education then walk into a 50k job, that's not the deal. People earn these positions and are rewarded. Do you know of any country that lets you do nothing but go to highschool then walla you get a job that can pay for a family?
Revenue is not profit.. Also, Walmart didn't have to give any bonuses. But trust a commie not to recognize actual generosity when they see it . You distort facts to generate hatred, that's a very evil thing to do.
If you examine their employment practices, you will see that they provide positions that will ensure there is no responsibility for the company to provide benefits. A lot of companies do it. Create part time positions instead of full time positions. Schedule them for an hour or two shy of full time requirements. Walmart is a renowned example of being a crappy employer. And, their business model puts American manufacturers out of business. I don't understand why the Right doesn't go after them more.
Sam Walton would not like how his employees are treated by his kids, but he would have happily given out these bonuses. Honestly, if Sam were still alive, Walmart would be a lot different.
And again I will repeat what i posted earlier if your only option for a job is a part time entry level low skill Walmart job thats your own dam fault not Walmart's if you want if you need to make more then what Walmart will provided get an education learn a marketable skill
What's your point? It's not your employer's responsibility to do any of those things. If you get a job, and work hard, your employer might give you more money or benefits....show your value. If you don't like the job, get a new one.
Walmart has a fiduciary responsibility to it's shareholders first and foremost, BY LAW! I refuse to work for a publicly traded company because of this. As for importing from China, I don't like it but it's they way it is, for now
