I was with the 3rd Marine Division when it deployed from Japan to Korea, twice. Never started a war. Weird.
A US division deploying is not a sign that a war is going to be started. It’s just that, a deployment. Military exercises happen all the time. The US is prepping for a war by doing so, they are training for one. Huge difference.
How would you feel if the Russians put a division in Mexico? You would scream bloody murder, that's what you would do. There was far less than a Russian division in Cuba, and look at what happened. You're living in the past, still in Korea.
Missiles in Cuba, not troops. Hugely different at the time with the capabilities and the fact in was in the midst of the Cold War. Russian troops in Mexico would be interesting. And totally new. Whereas training exercises in Europe by US troops have been going on regularly and going on longer than you or I have been alive. The two are not the same thing. And those exercises are still going on in Korea, and the North still barks they are a act of aggression. It’s a good reminder to the North what they face if dumpy boyman king decides to push into the South. We call that a deterrent...
What do you have against the Jews? And even if (it isn't) what you say about Hitler is true, there are ways of preventing "empires" from being created that don't require genocide.
An ignorant America who is extremely proud of being part of a country that helped put down the rabid German dog in the 1940s. Yep that’s me. Oh and Yugoslavia whipped that German ass too. :0
