I would love to be present when the FBI grills Awan. This one loose thread could unravel the entire DNC and the Clintons in one fell swoop.

Just a couple of days ago there was a story about her cooperating regarding that same laptop, which is in the hands of the DC police (I think). There is movement behind the scenes with Wasserman. And now this. Somebody tipped the FBI off about the broken discs in the IT guy's home.

Well if that's the defense he wants to argue then it's going to be on him to actually prove that's the case. The prosecution doesn't have to defend themselves from his claims. All they have to do is give their evidence. The only thing this guy has as a weapon is making accusations about those who made the arrest. Unless people refuse to testify he is not going to have a fun time in court.

Thanks I had not seen that story. We were super careful about keeping office stuff and campaign/party stuff separate.....well at least as far as leaving a paper trail.

I have to believe this lawyer is going to have to offer an actual rational defense once he stands before a judge
Ms. Wasserman-Schultz had better hope so.

They don't need him or anyone else to testify. The prosecutors have more than enough enough physical evidence.

Lower right corner to the left of the "like" button. It's slightly greyed out.

Yeah, it doesn't show up for me. It might be because I'm using a phone instead of a computer. Oh well, I'll take Deckel's victim status.

Hey Deckel, you see that? Bet you would like some of that. It's all nice and victimy with a side of not my fault. Eat it.

The Canada Free Press? :D What a piece of garbage. Want to say something but don't feel like posting it in your blog? No worries, you can "publish" it on CFP instead.

Either that or just become an attack dog trying to go after and discredit everyone and everything he can.

It also feels like to me that either evidence will go missing or those prosecuting will go unusually easy on him. After the last few years I've lost faith in our justice department, and while things are different now I just don't know if that's enough.

Like being a registered foreign "Muslim" agent?
This is one they can't easily cover up but as expected you won't find it in NYT, WAPO, NBC or ABC news. The rest don't count.

The real exposure for the democrats is if any of them paid the guys off either with government money (paying them for work they weren't doing) or private money. Since the former speaker went to prison for that and was just recently released, it would be hard to wiggle out of that scenario if anybody gave into their blackmail.
