Everything else seems to be impeachable offense to a lot of the most vocal Democrats, albeit Pelosi is not one of those clamoring for impeachment. But for some of the others, everything else is so why not that?

As for 'jumping the gun on custom', this President has not been a 'status quo' poll tested, coached, polished politician. This gives the media a lot of fodder because he and/or his staff sometimes doesn't fact check everything carefully--Obama had that problem too but a more friendly media didn't report much of his factual error--but President Trump's ability to identify and hone in on the actual problem is pretty darn good. And he is the first President we have had in a very long time that cared more about solving actual problems than political expediency of not disturbing the status quo.

So if he doesn't always follow strict protocol in some situations, that's just pretty much who he is and generally works pretty well.

On the DACA Executive Order, Trump undid it because it was a blatant ABUSE of the executive branch of government, ordering that federal laws be COMPLETELY UNENFORCED! Isn't that unprecedented? Passing laws is what the LEGISLATURE is for, NOT the executive branch!

 

I said they would accept TPS, as DACA would not be a issue if Trump did not make it a issue, now Trump has to give them both
