I never said I wouldn’t complain — the issue is the court is unbalanced, I support a balanced court. The stance that conservatives are “constitutionalist” is as absurd as saying liberals are, they both have ideology that impacts how they rule.

I don’t know why you keep regurgitating the same question over and over again. My answer isn’t going to change. If trump wins a second term through the votes of the people without getting hundreds of thousands of votes thrown out then I will accept it as the will of the people. Will you when the opoisite happens?

What happened in 2016 was absolutely stacking the court and was not the will of the people.

Stop the dodging and couching your response, it's a simple question if Trump wins reelection and the Reps hold the Senate you won't complain if they add to more seats that Trump can nominate and they confirm.

Cheating?? How’s that cheating? Is there another fake rule named after a dem that would be broken by expanding the court?

The balance is determined by the President and Senate, where does the Constitution say they will maintain some kind of political or other balance. The Dems don't want to maintain "balance" that's for sure they want every seat and will not vote for any candidate who does not meet their political needs. If they could get every seat they would.

It's not required and there have been many who did not the most famous Earl Warren who had been a governor. Look at Obama his only legal practice was briefly as a community organizer, he was never a judge.

    That's cool. Doesn't mean I don't think it's insane.

Also that's why I think Obama would make for a terrible SC judge.

Back to feigning reading comprehension issues I see.
Figures — I guess that is your typical tactic when you cannot muster a response

Your psychic ball seem to have Democrats confused with Republicans.
I guess Republicans have gone from “the extreme is justified because the Democrats did something lesser previously” to “the extreme is justified because we think the Democrats would do something eventually”...

I know exactly what the Democrats would do if they were in a position to do so are you REALLY going to assert they would nominate consitutional/textist aka conservatives to the SCOTUS and maintain some balance? REALLY?

Can't give a simple direct answer still

Stop the dodging and couching your response, it's a simple question if Trump wins reelection and the Reps hold the Senate you won't complain if they add to more seats that Trump can nominate and they confirm.

Is that a yes of a no?

Please tell me what words are confusing you in the following
(hint: that means no)... But I will accept it as the will of the people, will you if the opposite occurs?

Why are you unable to muster up the strength to answer such a simple question?
